Our olives are hand-picked from a family-owned farm in Zarzis, Tunisia, using traditional Tunisian methods. We carefully sort and press our olives to create a high-quality, undiluted, healthy olive oil. With this container, you can be sure your olive oil is stocked and sustained, plus there are no bottles to recycle! We believe this is the most eco-friendly way to preserve taste. Our olive trees thrive along the Mediterranean coastline, where the climate and soil produce fruit naturally rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. We harvest early and press quickly, preserving the oil’s natural aroma, golden colour, and peppery finish in every single bottle we produce.
Every bottle is cold-extracted below 27°C to protect delicate flavor compounds. This gentle process keeps polyphenol levels high and locks in the fresh, fruity character our region is known for.
